All of us involved in bringing NoMaCNTR to Washington, DC’s NoMa neighborhood are proud to introduce NoMaCNTR.com. Additionally, and for those of you who travel by the building’s site at the intersection of First and L, we’ve installed design along First Street reflective of our excitement and the energy we envision this project bringing to its already vibrant neighborhood in 2020.
NoMaCNTR, formally referred to as Storey Park, brings 500 brand new apartments and unique amenity spaces to the heart of NoMa, along with a 235-room Marriott hotel. 40,000 SF of ground floor retail space will be filled with an eclectic mix of restaurants, shops and entertainment spots.
As excited as we are for what’s to come, we’re equally thrilled to become part of such an energetic and perpetually up and coming neighborhood—one that plays such a big role in the larger community. NoMa’s positive energy and bustling activity inspired NoMaCNTR’s design and forthcoming experience in ways that will become evident once its ribbon is cut and doors open.
