New Jersey-based corporate housing provider Churchill Living has signed on to anchor the residential portion of NoMa mixed-use project being developed on the site of a former Greyhound bus terminal in Northeast D.C.
The company has claimed 104 of the 500 residential units planned for 1005 First St. NE under a 10-year lease term. A team led by Perseus TDC started work late last year on the $340 million project, which is slated for completion in late 2022 and will also include a 235-room Marriott-branded hotel and 40,000 square feet of retail.
